Transition Starts Here! – National Virtual Transition Conferences for Transition Professionals & Youth

Preparing for adulthood takes skills, knowledge, resources, and opportunities to grow. On November 12, 2026 join one of two national VIRTUAL conferences with one shared purpose: helping youth and young adults with disabilities build the future they choose featuring keynote speaker, disability advocate, and comedian Michael Beers.
18th Annual Door to the Future Transition Conference (DTTF) is for educators, transition professionals, social workers, families, service providers, advocates, and others who support youth and young adults with disabilities as they prepare for adult life. Registration fees for DTTF is $10 for families and $25 for Professionals.
5th Annual Empowering YOUR Future Conference (EYF) is just for youth and young adults with disabilities, ages 16–30. EYF features engaging, interactive sessions focused on building skills for adulthood – and EYF is completely FREE to attend!
