NeuroFit Wellness

The NeuroFit Wellness program provides a weekly structured, sensory-conscious fitness program designed specifically to support neurodivergent adults (18+) with related sensory sensitivities. In partnership with Autism Oklahoma, every Tuesday through 12/15/2026, the SFFLC provides a supportive and predictable environment where participants can engage in physical activity tailored to their unique needs.
