Sand Springs Transition Fair

We are excited about our upcoming Transition Fair for the Sand Springs School district and surrounding areas.  This annual event is designed to connect students with disabilities with community resources, career pathways, training programs, and post-secondary opportunities that support a successful transition from school to adulthood.

Our Transition Fair brings together students, families, educators, and local organizations to explore employment options, vocational training, independent living supports, and community services.
